The new laureate of DIPA to be announced !

After an international call for applications started in June 2020 and a pre-selection process leading to the designation of the 10 finalists from the 34 received applications, the 2nd Edition of the Danone International Prize for Alimentation is now in its final stage.

The jury, chaired by Luis MORENO (University of Zaragoza, Spain),  will gather several international experts :

  • Christina ECONOMOS (Tufts University, USA)
  • Olivier GOULET (Necker Sick-Children Hospital, France)
  • Sophie NICKLAUS (National Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment, France), 1st laureate of the DIPA
  • Marie PIGEYRE (MacMaster University, Canada), representative of the Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale 

The Jury will met in April 2021 to deeply analyse the 10 final applications and select the Winner of the 2nd Edition of DIPA.


The laureate  will be announced at the end of April and awarded at a ceremony and lecture, organized during the ASN Nutrition live event 2021, on Thursday, June 3 at 10:00 AM EDT (2:00 PM UTC, 4:00 PM CEST).
