About DI Publications

To make scientific knowledge available to scientists and practitioners, we publish monographs, books, newsletters, and proceedings of scientific meetings.

Written by renowned experts, these publications cover a wide variety of topics: they present overviews of recent developments, promote consensus and/or explore controversy of relevant issues.

Our publications are generally available free of charge (although you may be asked to pay for shipping and handling for some books), with many being available to download online.

  • Scientific Reviews
Every year Danone Institutes publish a number of scientific reviews which offer general overviews of important topics in nutrition. The authors are all experts  in their fields.
  • Special Reports
Danone Insitutes' special reports are  usually published as part of Danone Institutes Newsletters. They offer in-depth analysis of  nutritional  topics of interest to health professionals.
  • Selected Bibliography
This section presents articles selected by a committee of experts consisting of Danone Institute members. The current selections have been made thanks to the collaboration of Dr. F. Bellisle (Human Nutrition, CNRS, France), Prof. M. Chiva (Psychologist, France), Dr. A. Eartmanns (Psychologist, University of Leuven, Belgium) and Prof. D. Rigaud (Gastroenterology and Nutrition, University of Dijon, France).
