Editors : Prof. E. Lebenthal (Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center, Israel) and Prof. N. Shapira (Tel-Aviv University, Israel)

The book is based on lectures, which were presented at the annual conference of the Israeli Danone Institute in June 2000. Those who contribute to the writing of the book included high-ranking professionals and experts in various fields related to women's nutrition, for example: adolescent nutrition, the nutrition of pregnant and lactating women, nutrition during the menopause,etc.
