The Danone Institute of Russia was established in 1997, the newly formed Board and Scientific Council has brought together leading scientists from he Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences whose research in the field of nutrition, microbiology and hygiene are well known. The Institute's mission in Russia will be to promote research, scientific and public knowledge in the field of nutrition and diet. This year the Scientific Council of the Danone Institute in Russia will elaborate and approve the program focused on education support.
