Data, documentation, questionnaires, and publications related to this telephone survey of health risks in the United States. The data set may be downloaded, or tables and charts of prevalence data or trend data may be generated for the desired behavior or circumstance and the desired state (or nationwide). Prevalence data categories include cardiovascular disease, cholesterol awareness, demographics, diabetes, health status, hypertension awareness, nutrition, risk factors and calculated variables, weight control, and more. Trend data is available for the negative behaviors/circumstances diabetes awareness, not enought fruits and vegetables, obesity / overweight by body mass index, and others (Data available for 1995-2001).

AGRIS is the international information system for the agricultural sciences and technology. It was created by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in 1974, to facilitate information exchange and to bring together world literature dealing with all aspects of agriculture.
