About DI education_programs

Good nutrition is essential for public health. Increasingly, scientists are finding that good nutrition is not only essential in promoting balanced growth and development, but can also play a part in disease prevention.

In light of this, one of the priorities of the Danone Institutes worldwide is to promote public health by disseminating the most up-to-date knowledge on nutrition to the general public.

Each Danone Institute organises a large range of information and education programs for various different audiences including: children, parents, pregnant women, the elderly, and athletes. These programs consist of radio and TV programs, leaflets, folders, kits, games, and contests and are all developed in-keeping with local nutritional needs and local cultural habits.
